  Unfortunately my first visit was quite disappointing. Dropped my car off early for a 2pm appointment. It was supposed to be for a tire changeover, alignment and ac check. My car didn't make it into the shop until 1pm the next day.

  All I ask for is communication! I know stuff happens (previous appts take longer, waiting on parts, stuff breaks, etc...). I don't understand why you can't call me at 3-4pm and say, "look we're sorry but your car's not going to make it into the shop today, how would you like to proceed?".
